Product uses:
1. Dicyandiamide, as a raw material for guanidine salts and melamine, can be used to produce various guanidine salts by reacting with acids. The phenylmelamine obtained from the reaction of dicyandiamide and benzonitrile is an intermediate for coatings, laminates, and molding powders.
2. Dicyandiamide resin obtained from the reaction of dicyandiamide and formaldehyde can be used as a dye fixing agent.
3. Dicyandiamide fertilizer: Dicyandiamide compound fertilizer can control the activity of nitrifying bacteria, regulate the conversion rate of nitrogen fertilizer in the soil, reduce nitrogen loss, and improve fertilizer use efficiency.
4. As a fine chemical intermediate: In medicine, it is used to produce guanidine nitrate, sulfonamide drugs, etc.; it is also used to produce thiourea, nitrocellulose stabilizers, rubber vulcanization accelerators, steel surface hardeners, artificial leather fillers, adhesives, etc. 5-Azacytosine, a pharmaceutical intermediate, can be obtained from the reaction of dicyandiamide and formic acid. Used as a nitrogen source for nitrogen doping of carbon materials
5. Used as a latent curing agent for epoxy resin adhesives to formulate one-component epoxy adhesives.
